Our billing rate for 2021 will be $168.00 per hour. On-site appointments will continue to have a 1-hour minimum. After the first hour, we bill in 15-minute increments. at $42.00 per 15-minute increment. Phone, remote, and email support will be billed in 15-minute increments at $42.00 per increment. Technical Tips/Notes Warning Notice On Your iPhone After Latest Update You may see a pop-up warning after you upgrade your iPhone software about your wireless network being weak. This message comes up if you don’t have the latest security standard-WPA3, on your wireless network. The previous security standard WPA2 is commonly in use today but has a security weakness. How to update the security of your wireless network. (note. If you rent your modem from your internet service provider, they will likely keep it updated). Check out this article for instructions on how to update the security on your router. Please note that if you change your security on your router, most likely, you will have to reconnect all your wireless devices. Free Online Documentaries from Documentary Mania This cool site has lots of documentaries you can stream on your computer or tablet. Every title I clicked on was free and didn’t require a sign-up to stream. MileIQ Free Mileage Tracker If you have to track your mileage for expensing or business use, a mileage tracker can make the task easy. I’ve been using MileIQ.
